Hi, can u pls tell me if one can apply for a grant from fingal county council if u have started the course already that is in the second year of the corse?what happened was that i have a refugee status,i applied for the grant before starting the course but was not approved as i was not yet residing in Fingal county area for 1 year prior tio commencing the course.
2nd query is a friend of mine has been ordinary residence in ireland for 4 yrs and has 3 p60s, he got an admission to study Nursing in Trinity college,is he entittled to pay eu fees?
